How pricing works

  • Annual, not automatic. Fees cover a 12-month membership year from approval. Renewal notices are issued before expiry.
  • No pay-to-verify. Verification is based on evidence and review; payment alone never creates a credential.
  • Institutional billing. Institutions may nominate up to ten practitioners; each profile is still reviewed individually.
  • Hardship and student support. Reduced or waived fees may be approved by the membership committee under published criteria.
  • Currency. GHS is the reference currency; GBP and USD equivalents are indicative and may be adjusted for settlement costs.

Recommended launch position: open applications at no charge during the founding review period, then invoice approved members once the Board publishes the approved schedule. This avoids collecting fees for unapproved membership.
