The terms that apply to this website and membership applications.
Use of this website
You may read, link to and print public pages for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape personal data, misrepresent membership, or interfere with the service.
Applications and membership
Submitting an application does not create a membership, a contract of membership or a credential. Membership arises only on written approval and, where applicable, payment under the approved fee schedule. ADRGP may refuse, suspend or revoke membership under published policy and applicable law.
Directory and verification
Profiles are published only with member consent. Verification confirms that a reference matches an approved record at the time of checking. It is not a warranty of competence, availability or outcome.
Events and partners
Event listings are provided for information. Registration, payment and delivery may be handled by the organiser or a partner platform under that party’s terms. ADRGP does not control third-party platforms.
Content and liability
Articles are general information, not legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, ADRGP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
